About cottagevillage!

Siljansnäs Cottagevillage is beautifully situated on the south side of the Birchmountain in Siljansnäs, Dalarna. Siljansnäs, on the west side of the Lake Siljan, is located about 15 kilometers from the central place of Leksand.
The cottagevillage onsists of 19 timbered cabins in different sizes 4-, 5- and 6-bed cottages with totally 88 beds. All cabins are fully equipped for self-service and they are build for living all year around.

From the cottagevillage is a magnificent view over the mountains, the valley and lake and even more amazing

is the view from the Birchmountain peak. The view from the

top is rewarded with three stars in the Guide Michelin and mentioned there as one of the world's most beautiful prospects.
Individuals, families, companies, organizations and associations belong to the guests. Many come back several times per year and also year after year.

The cottagevillage are operated as an AB and owned since 1 april 2008 by Ingemar and Lotta Yttergren with family. The owners interact with Siljansnäs Hotel in different ways. Thanks to interaction with the hotel there is very many facilities available for all our guests in the area.
